🏡 We have an awesome spot opening up in our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a garage and driveway, available starting June 1st, 2024. Your room would be on the main level, across from our gym enthusiast roommate, featuring a south-facing window onto the street. This space offers two common areas: a kitchen, with two fridges, for your culinary experiments and a cozy living room with a large window facing the street. Enjoy sunny afternoons grilling in our backyard or the convenience of living close to everything you need!

📍 Location: Perfectly positioned near major highways, just minutes away from downtown, the University of Utah, Bonneville Golf Course, and only 20-30 minutes from the major ski resorts in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Little Cottonwood Canyon, and Park City. There is a bus stop right outside the house, 🚌 Bus 4.

👤 We’re looking for a young male roommate, aged 20-30, who loves staying active. Whether you’re into skiing, tennis, or hitting the gym, you’ll be in good company! One of us is big on skiing and tennis, and sometimes hits the gym, while the other is a gym regular.

📅 Lease Term: Looking for someone who can commit to a 1-year lease starting June 1st, 2024. Shorter terms will be considered.

We are two dudes in their 20’s. Both fit and active. One is very into skiing, tennis and surfing. The other likes the gym and retro video games.

We mostly chill in the living room / kitchen when we are home. We like to watch movies or shows here and there. Both open to go out, do things outside, or just chill. Overall, go with the flow.
