My roommate is moving out in July/early August, so I am seeking someone to share the lease on this cozy, 5-bedroom, 3-bath home with a big yard in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is located in the Palmer Park area and is close to shopping, restaurants, schools, and Interstate 25. I live in the basement, which has its own living room space. You would have the upstairs main bedroom with a bathroom en suite. There are two other rooms, one of which you can use as an office and the other would be a shared space. The kitchen, living and dining room will also be shared spaces. You can park your car in the driveway or in front of the home. I don’t have any furniture because I mostly live downstairs, and my roommate is taking everything with her, so please feel free to bring your own. There’s plenty of space for furniture in the living room area. I was also thinking of moving upstairs. You can have the entire basement, which has two rooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The only shared space in the basement would be the laundry/storage room. (photos are shown as unfurnished).
