This is a 2 story house, the largest cookie cutter house in the new construction neighborhood. This room is on the 2nd floor with a SHARED bathroom. The room has a twin bed a closet, a desk and some additional storage. The house has a Workout room, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, all the other normal things you’d expect. and they’re all NEW.
Currently there is myself(Male), and one other Male renting a room. We are 35+ years of age, and the house is kept respectably clean. we are laid back, 420 friendly in the garage, Vape ok in the house, Smoke cigarettes outside on the front or rear patio.
