I work full-time and when I’m home I’m to myself and play video games/watch movies. I’m pretty chill/quiet and keep to myself. Im looking to move someone in by mid June-July. I am seeking a roommate who works full time, in their 20s-30s. I work early mornings which means I’m in bed by 10 Pm. All I ask is that you be considerate of the noise in the kitchen at night and are in your own quarters. I am considerate as well, I stay to myself in my own quarters and will try to be quiet if I’m in the kitchen at night. Of course if we come across each other in the common rooms I don’t mind chit chatting and being friends. Other than that, this is a pretty chill spot, you are welcome to have a guest over every now and then as long as you both aren’t loud and stick to your room. This is not a party house though, and if I notice your guest being here every day, I will ask that they start chipping in. We will split utilities, they range depending on use and summer time, it’s not terribly expensive. And we’ll split WiFi. I would like to get to know you first and see if we click.
