Jake's room

Nice Spacious backyard, we only pay gas, electric and WiFi, furnished house but open to any decorations or furniture you have to offer, the room has a very spacious closet, plenty of walking areas and trails around. Shed in the backyard for storage.

Two dudes living in the house we are both 24, laid back guys, not huge into partying but like to get rowdy once in a while, try to be very clean for the most part. Both into normal Durango stuff skiing, biking, hiking. We also both are very into music and playing music and making music.
