Noise bleed isn’t terrible; though if it becomes problematic, you can ask me to adjust. I am constantly mindful of my tenants peace; within reason. That being said, the house is mildly to moderately peaceful. I don’t mind you having guests over and staying the night either as long as they’re not unsavory.

No cigarette smoking inside or outside the house.

I’m quite laid back and understanding. I like to watch anime, play video & board games, swim, bicycle, and anything outdoors really. I can be quite extroverted but most days I keep to myself in my room; I work in & study STEM, so, I interact when I feel like it. I’m indifferent about whether you dabble in 420 or not.

DK is a professional sports coach for minor & major league baseball teams; he also works with other sports athletes. He loves baseball & his dog Atlas. He’s pretty chill, quiet, & down to earth guy. He’s gone every other weekend to visit his son in Houston. If you took a business professional & blended it with a frat bro, that’s DK. Thus, he’ll socialize w/ you if socialize w/ him. He’s very 420 friendly.

We’re seeking someone - without pets - who has their own life and is just looking for a peaceful, drama-free, safe place to sleep & call home in between their professional & personal life.

Clean up after yourself and don’t trash the place (aka being a proper adult) and you won’t have any issues from DK or myself.
