New, modern & energy efficient home. Roughly couple years old. Unfurnished rooms & living room (still debating how I wanna set it up; open to ideas). Even when it’s ultra bright outside, the inside is surprisingly dimly lit.

The house is maintained at a comfy 70 degrees.

I’m not sure how the noise bleed is from room to room since I currently live here alone but we can cross that bridge if/when necessary, but if you’re looking for a completely silent home, this may not be the place; this doesn’t mean it’ll be a frat house either. It’ll be mildly to moderately peaceful, though. I don’t mind you having guests over and staying the night either as long as they’re not unsavory.

I’m quite laid back and understanding. I like to watch anime, play video & board games and swim, bicycle, anything outdoors really. I’ve got 6 board games and I’m always down to play em or if you wanna binge anime/games, or swim all day, and eat food: I’m down for that too. I can be quite extroverted but also reclusive in my room on my pc or working on stuff. If you would prefer to keep to yourself, never interact and be nothing more than cohabitating acquaintances then that’s fine too (though where’s the fun camaraderie in that?) I’m also open to being best buds if you’re into that too.
