Spacious open living room with the kitchen connected. Bedroom A for rent is larger than Bedroom B with two closest and a large tub/ bathroom space. There is also an outside storage area. It is a pet friendly home and the common area spaces are kept clean. The price for bedroom A includes water, internet, gas, and electricity. Roommate is moving out so this room will not be furnished.

If you want a pet an initial pet fee will be needed and monthly pet fee of $35 (rules of the apartment complex).

I am a 6th year materials science and engineering PhD student. I keep to myself mostly. I can be a night owl and you might hear me in the kitchen here and there.
