About the room
Looking for a roommate for a house two bedroom in Egg Harbor Twp NJ. The house is on Steelmanville Rd and is adjacent to a large pond.
Rent is 1,100 a month and requires the 1st month upfront as well as a security deposit of $1,100. Pets are not allowed.
Your room is 11’ x 17’ and gets plenty of natural light. It has 3 closets that make up the back wall. Your room comes already furnished with a bed, dresser, Bureau, TV and two end tables. Any of the furniture can be removed if you want to bring your own.
The kitchen has a large gas stove and a good deal of cabinet and counter top space. There is also a relatively new refrigerator and freezer.
The house also has a front room which is currently unused. This would be a great room for setting up an office.
The living room and back deck have great views of the pond. Their is plenty of wildlife to see such as ducks eagles, turtles and frogs. Currently two osprey and baby geese can be seen frequenting the pond.
About the roomies
You would be living with me. I am 33 year old male. I enjoy videos games, board games and the outdoors.
