About the room
I have a room available in my Shelton townhouse. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath plus a finished basement. The room can be partially furnished with a bed frame and mattress, and a vanity. The bed is not currently in the room. There is driveway parking and laundry.
The area is nice with friendly neighbors. I have an alarm system but I have never needed it. Close many grocery stores and shopping areas. And about a 25-minute drive to New Haven.
About the roomies
I enjoy reading, writing, painting, watching tv and recently got into crocheting . I like things to be clean and tidy for the most part. I’m a UNH Alumni and grad students are welcome. Looking for someone in their early to late 20s. I’m allergic to cats.
