The house is fully furnished and you can choose to have the bedroom furnished or unfurnished. I am basically renting half the house for $1250. The entire house is $2450 with $550 deposit and a 6 month lease with option to renew for a year. The community is nice and relaxing. Dog(s) welcome but I need to meet them.
