Claire's room

This room takes up half of the downstairs floor of a 2 story split level house. The other half of the first floor is your own full bathroom, the shared laundry room, some extra storage and the garage, which you will have access to one side of. The upstairs part of the house has the shared kitchen (recently updated) and shared living room. There is also a master bedroom, guest bedroom and office which will be inhabited by the house’s owner. Currently the common spaces are not furnished but that is something I will be working on before I fully move in and after. The downstairs room is not furnished and you’re welcome to set it up as you please. I have a dog (~50lb husky/boxer mix) who is super sweet and loves everyone and everything. I have a DSH cat who will be limited to the upstairs. And I have a bearded dragon who spends most of his time in his enclosure which will be likely not in one of the common spaces. I am building a fence around the property for the dog to be able to go outside off leash. Am open to other animals being at the house on case by case basis with a pet deposit.

I am a 36 year old female veterinarian. I work in Dunwoody and do relief elsewhere the other days of the week. Occasionally I’ll pick up an overnight shift but that has been rare. Am usually in bed by like 9pm, up around 5am. Appreciate honesty and open communication. House chore schedule is a must for me.
