I consider this as a retreat - I am very low-key. Guests rarely welcome. This is a place to rest, relax, etc. (I go out with friends to party). Don’t share food or cooking unless we agree ahead of time. Share apt cleaning duties. Open parking. All walking distance: Kroger, Publix, LA Fitness, shops, restaurants. Rent includes all utilities.
