My roommate is moving out this august at the end of her lease & I would love to find a new roommate ahead of time!! Private bedroom w personal bathroom! it’s a two bedroom at stadium park, rent is around 1k a month w utilities. I have a cat who does not do well w other animals, but does do well with people. So no other pets, please! The apartment is stadium park, and the apartment is even furnished!

You would just be living with me, Kat! I’m 20, queer, and an art student! I’m super social, but do stay in my room mostly. I love cooking & baking, and will happily go out and do fun stuff w any potential roomies. If you just want a quiet room for the year, I can respect that too!
