East 7th Avenue

It’s a relatively small room, but a spacious house (so much space to spread out, can even fit extra furniture if the room itself isn’t enough). 1 & 3/4 baths, two large living areas, an office, several open closets (including a walk-in), back yard (great for dogs), and located pretty close to Peoria station.

Queer professional, working in grief research. I’ve been 100% remote since 2020, so very much a homebody, but I also like to travel and get out of the house occasionally (big fan of arcade bars and bookstores). I’m a huge nerd (anime, comics, video/board games, film, etc.) and animal lover. The house used to be a 4-animal household (2 cats, 2 dogs), but my senior doggos both recently passed so now it’s just the kitties. They were raised with pups so all pets are welcome, but I’d love to have a dog back in the house. I miss mine.
