Walking distance to UNT. Friendly neighborhood. Yard that just needs some tweaking to be fully fenced in. Iām looking to find someone or someones to split the 1500 rent on a 3 bedroom 2bath house that Ive rented with roommates for two years. Needs to be able to keep the sink clean and all around relatively tidy.
About the roomies
Im a beginner producer and opera singer and play alot of loud music and may buy a van to fix up for van life next year. Im working at REI and freelancing while I build my business. Im very chill and also AuDHD so neurodivergence is very welcome. Right now its just me and my dog until I find anyone.
