Perch Boulevard

My home is located near Dog River bridge, on Perch Creek. It’s nestled on a dead end street, backed up to over 200 acres of wetlands. Perfect place to take walks along the trails. There is fishing off the pier, though I haven’t fished in a minute. If your looking for a quiet place to study, this is worth looking at.

I raised my 2 daughters in the home, with one just graduating from USA school of nursing. My oldest is the only resident at the time. I went back to driving rigs over the road, to see the country. I’m home roughly once a month, for a few days, unless my daughter calls with a problem that needs attention.
