It’s the perfect place for a student of LC or PCC to get work done or entertain friends. There are nice walking trails in the area, and it’s quick to get into Portland when you need to. Water/Sewage are included, Roommates split the cost of Wifi and Gas. Move in on June 1st, for 1 year lease, then month-to-month.

I’m a 26 yo lady, passionate about radio, plants, crossword puzzles and crafts. I recently became the proud owner of a DVD/VHS player. I like to clean the house on Saturdays, and sometimes dishes sit in the sink overnight. Generally a pretty chill atmosphere, but definitely happy to chat about what you’ve been up to if you’re into that.
