The ideal prospective housemate would be a responsible and clean individual who has a stable full-time job and good credit, with no collections or evictions. Must show proof of income and current employer.

We have an outdoor oceanfront deck that is perfect for enjoying meals, watching sunsets and just relaxing!
Our property is ultra private—there is no beach access— so no strangers will ever be walking near your house or your room :)
Our house is a private piece of paradise with no short rentals within several blocks of the property. Our oceanfront house is entirely unique and I have priced the room below market value to find the best possible housemate. 😃

Move-in requirements: First month’s rent + security deposit of $2000
No additional pets. The space can only accommodate one individual, sorry, no couples.
