Safe, quiet neighborhood with chill nightlife within walking distance. 5 minute walk from Mineola LIRR/Bus terminal. Near lots of coffee shops, cafes, corner stores, grocery stores. Very walkable. I walk instead of drive to run my errands with no problems.

I’m a recent college grad, my current roommate is moving out in less than a month and I can’t afford this place alone so I’m looking for 2 people to replace us!
