Small cozy townhome vibes in a quiet neighborhood so pack light. You will be occupying one of the smaller bedrooms in our three-bedroom townhome. Furry friends are more than welcome, though we would need to meet them first and get approval from our landlord. 8 minutes away from GMU, so not so bad if you’re a student with a car. Running trails everywhere - right in between Royal Lake and Burke Lake. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance (though driving would still be easier).
Two cool cats looking for an even cooler kitten to share a townhome with. We’re both friends from college (guy and gal) in our mid 20s. We love to hike, run, go into the city from time to time, and try new things.
We’re hoping to find someone who will help cook meals and live ~semi-harmoniously~ with us as fridge space will be limited. We’re both vegan and will cook vegan. We don’t expect you to be, though bonus points if you’re open so we can cook and share meals together 🙃🙂.
We’re flexible if you aren’t ready to move in until June-August.
