George's room

Hi there my name is George and I’m renting 1 unfurnished bedroom in my sunny 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom in Somerville close to Davis and Porter Squares. You will have your own personal bathroom. The rent is $1,200 per month including utilities. The living room is fully furnished with a couch, sofa chair, coffee table and television. There is also a small bar with 3 bar seats for dining.

I currently live in the apartment by myself and use the other bedroom as a home gym but decided to join a gym thus the bedroom has become available to rent. I’m an accountant who works in an office in Burlington, I’m really laid back and enjoy music and playing sports.
