I’m an artist who works in the city, and you will find me constantly working on my side projects. I stay to myself and would prefer no guests at the moment. We are only a 15-minute walk to the main train station directly into NYC. So, if you work or travel to the city often, this might be the perfect spot for you! Also, the area has plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores, so you don’t have to go out of the way if you need to do some minor shopping. $900.00 includes wifi/heat/water/Filter fridge water/electric.
The only thing I ask from you bc the house is open concept is no strong odor foods like fermented food,fishy type sauces, anything with strong potent smell. Common areas need to be kept up and cleaned by everyone. I have a schedule where everyone takes turn in different household task and I do enjoy quiet nights.
