Hey, we’re Kevin and Connor! We are two friends moving to Sunnyvale in early June and have signed a lease on a 3 bed/2 bath apartment. We are looking to find one other male roommate, unit details below:

Location: Sunnyvale Property: Encasa Lease Term: 7 months (June 6 - Dec 29) we have intentions to renew (it was also slightly cheaper to get a 7 month lease vs 12 month lease) What you pay: $1,775 base rent (appx $150 in additional fees + utilities) Floorplan: 3x2c (3 bed/2 bath) - your room shown, see images What you get: Single bedroom + walk in closet + bathroom (primarily yours but shared by others as needed - see images for room).

You’ll be added to the lease - this is not a sublet! You must be able to stay for the full lease term.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, and has their own hobbies. Ideally someone who likes to hang out after work, watch movies or grab a beer from time to time, but who is also respectful of each other’s space and privacy. Cleanliness is a priority of ours, so you can expect the unit to stay tidy and clean, and we’ll expect the same from you. Household expenses and chores should be shared by everyone. While we plan to bring most furniture ourselves, you should expect to share the cost of some new items, such as a couch and other common area furniture.

A little bit about us:

Kevin: Hi I’m Kevin Elkin. I grew up in Denver Colorado and have been living in San Diego for the past 7 years. I am 26 years old and I graduated from UCSD in 2020; I am currently working as a data scientist (remotely) and will be moving to the Bay Area to work in Mountain View (hybrid). My friends would describe me as easy-going, analytical, adventurous, and independent. During my free time I enjoy anything outdoors including hiking, camping, backpacking, skiing, rock climbing, surfing, traveling etc. I also enjoy exploring local breweries and new food spots.

Connor: Hey there, I’m Connor. I’m originally from Colorado where I’ve lived my entire life, and I’m moving to California with my childhood friend Kevin. I work remotely as a technical account manager at a tech company based in Denver but will be looking for new opportunities in the Bay Area. I am an avid hiker and backpacker and like Kevin, I am a beer lover who loves trying new food. I’m excited to see everything California has to offer!
