Dawn's room

Large private room for one person with completely separate entrance in a nice, quiet neighborhood. This is just for the master bedroom and bathroom, it includes a larger sized mini fridge with a separate freezer compartment and a microwave. The rent includes utilities. We are across from Mile Square Park, right off the 405 frwy, 10-15 minutes to the beach, food, 24 hour fitness, etc. Depending on situation, how long your stay is, etc. rent is negotiable

We are a small family with two Australian Shepherds, they’re very friendly and don’t really bark. It’s a pretty quiet house. Great neighborhood if you’re active, lots of neighbors out walking day and night, so safe as well. No drama.
