Less than a 10 minute walk from campus! Perfect location for students, or staff of CU Anschutz. About 15 minutes east of Denver, and 5 minutes from Central Park. Quiet neighborhood, nice facilities, and friendly people. Management is very nice and helpful.

1 male student, and 1 female staff member both 24 years old. You will be sharing a bathroom with the male, but will have separate sinks! Preferably looking for another female roomie, and someone who cleans up after themselves and respects shared spaces. Let me know if this sounds like a good fit for you!
