I have a brand new 3 bedroom house located right near the cardinals stadium. You’ll have access to a garage, also driveway space, also a decent sized bedroom not furnished so you would need to furnish it and access to your own guest bathroom

I do have a dog so you must be pet friendly.

Currently only myself living in this house, I might be looking into adding a 3rd roommate since I do have two bedrooms available. Depending on if your okay with having three or so people in a house but that all depends on how this situation would work out with one roommate in the beginning
