Grace's room

Our blue lake house includes a hot tub, two garages, a laundry room, large yard, and a spacious communal space (living room, tv room, and kitchen). It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood roughly 15 mins from the Covington town square. The room itself is 14 X 15 with a large window and en-suite. It has a queen bed, closet, bedside table, and dresser and can be redecorated.

My fiancé and I are renting the property from family. I am a full-time student and my partner works in film. We’re real homebodies but occasionally have friends over. We have two shy but sweet cats. They don’t have access to the room we’re looking to rent. The homeowners stay for a couple days a month to check on the property and mow the lawn. They also have a maid and pool guy (for the hot tub) come twice a month that we take turns paying.
