A beautiful home in a nice neighborhood with two decks, a patio, gardens in the back, electricity, water and gas are included. WiFi is offered but not considered essential. Street parking is available. There is also a courtesy washer and dryer on premises for regular clothes only. No pets allowed. No storage available. Shared clean bathroom. No smoking or vaping or chewing tob allowed on premises. Single occupancy only.

A great place to live for working professionals. We observe quiet hours between 10pm to 7am. We share meals at times and we also take turns keeping community space tidy.
