Spacious 3x2 on the second floor in Coral Springs. I’m looking for one roommate to split it with. You’d have your own bathroom with a shared living space. If you move in you would have to meet the income requirement (3x the rent) per the leasing office. There would be no security deposit.

I’m 23 & have one cat who is an angel. I work full time as a manager at a car wash. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am clean and value privacy. I am more of a home body than someone who goes out a lot, but I am always down for a good time!
