Hello! I am seeking a female roommate to rent out my 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment for 6-9 months. Apartment Amenities: Complete Privacy / Fully Furnished / Full Kitchen / Bathtub & Shower The apartment is fully furnished, spacious and clean. I am a Broadway singer and will be traveling for work starting June 15th - Jan. 1st 2025.
***Roommate would live in the apartment alone with my two cats.
About the roomies
The rent is $1850/month with around $350 total utilities. Looking to SPLIT Rent if Roommate willing to cat sit 2 kittens ^_^ Rent: $1100 Total (utilities included)
