Your space features a cozy basement suite, offering a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, and living space providing you with the perfect retreat after a long day which will have 2 smart TVs, privacy curtains, and a small desk. Whether you’re unwinding with a good book or enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep, this basement sanctuary offers the utmost privacy and comfort.

Additionally, you’ll have a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, & kureig in your space. And access to the kitchen (2nd level) when you want to whip up something special. 🍽️ Washer/Dryer in the house on the 3rd level (will discuss which day of the week works for you and I)

🏎️ Outside your suite, you’ll find 1st come 1st serve off-street parking available, ensuring that your vehicle is always safely parked just steps away from the front door.
