The room will be on the 1st floor of the property, it is fully furnished with dressers, bed set, chair, and side tables. There is 1 shared full bathroom on the 1st floor that you will use. The kitchen, family room, laundry room, and backyard are shared spaces you can use. Utilities included in rent.
