Each room is fitted with a keyless entry and automatic locking door to ensure privacy and security. All utilities are included (including internet). Parking available in driveway or street.

• RELAX in fully furnished room with a queen-size bed, 4K smart TV with streaming apps (Hulu), as well as a desk/lamp/computer chair perfect for studying or working from home. House is equipped with 400mbps Wi-Fi over the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology. The house has central AC/Heat, and the temperature is set at 72 degrees year-round.

*All common areas are shared among all tenants including bathroom. House gets professionally cleaned week. This helps keep the house clean :)

*Our location is conveniently minutes away from Antelope Valley College, hospitals, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and more.

The house is rented by professionals who work in engineering. Two of the rooms are rented by engineers and one by a student. We are looking for another professional who is clean and respectful.
