Hello! Me and my roommates are currently looking for someone to rent out a room in our 3 bed 3 bath home. You will have full access to the whole house for $700, utilities not included. The rooms are all upstairs and you will be sharing a bathroom. One roommate will be using the den as a room just a heads up. The room will come unfurnished, but it fits a queen bed and dresser. You could fit more if you have a full size bed. The closet is really nice and has shelves. We do have 2 German shepherds and a cat in the house so no other pets would be ideal. We are pretty chill and as long as you pay rent and have a positive energy we will be more than welcome to have you. We do not want any drama in the household. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out! No security deposit needed and is available now! We would like you to provide paystubs though to have proof of income. Lease can be month to month or until April of 2025.

Me and my girls have known each other our whole life’s. We are all in our mid 20s. We love to take the dogs to the lake and cook together. We do all have full time jobs and work different days.
