FURNISHED ROOM FOR RENT, in Dana Point, CA.
Located near Doheney Beach Harbor, near restaurants, beaches, parks, and resort spas like the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & SPA. The Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf Astoria (St. Regis), Monarch Beach Resorts, and Club Montage Laguna Beach, Surf & Sand Resort.
Also, nearby are Dana Hills High School, Dana Point Public Library, Dana Hills Tennis Center, Costco, groceries Ralphs, Albertson, post offices, malls, and movie theaters.
The room rental is a month-to-month rent agreement for one person $1,500 monthly (some utilities included). It requires the 1st month of rent and 1st month’s deposit initially. (International students or interns are welcomed).
Please, no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no pets. I have included some pictures of the furnished room. The shared bathroom is located right next to the room.
About the roomies
This is a small family house with all professional adults and one college student.
