I’m renting a private room upstairs with shared bathroom, Access to the kitchen light cooking only, we provide plates, cups, frying pan, services included and wifi, laundry room inside the property. The house is in a quiet and safe area in Lathrop, we don’t have much traffic in our street so is safe to park outside. The ideal person for rent are professionals or students with jobs looking for a safe place to rent for relocation of work, we rent the room very often to Tesla interns and travel nurse. Our house is 2.4 miles away from Tesla.

We are family of 4 my two kids 13 and 7 years old, my wife and me. We work full-time jobs and my kids are at school during the day. We have 2 dogs very friendly that spends the day in the backyard.
