It’s $400 a month plus electricity and wifi. The apartment is on the mall side of town, and you will have to apply at the property management before moving in. There is parking by the house and it does have a fenced yard. It’s a trailer house with some kids in the neighborhood. It’s a private room with a shared bathroom.

My partner and I, 20 and 22, have an open room in our place we are renting and are looking for a roommate. We’re both queer and work a late shift/are more on the nocturnal side, and would prefer a roommate with a similar schedule if possible, (we’re usually asleep between 8am-3pm although it varies). We are looking for someone who is preferably is around our age and maybe queer as well. We also have animals already, so we are unfortunately at max and can’t have any more. Also we do both smoke weed so would need a roommate who is alright with that. We also would like to meet up and hang out a few times before making anything official to make sure we all get along.
