It’s a very walkable northern North Park spot with plenty of restaurants/bars nearby (ie. Polite Provisions, Fortunate Son, Ann’s Dry Cleaning, etc). Best part is Normal Heights is a short walk away and if you feel like a longer stroll University Heights is just the other direction!
About the place: it’s a cozy 2 bed 2 bath apartment with an open concept kitchen/living room set up and a balcony as well. There is also a decent pool and barbecue area on the complex property.
About me: I am a 29 year old Healthcare IT professional who works from home. I like to consider myself as a pretty clean and considerate roomie and would hope for the same from you. :) On my free time I enjoy reading, playing sports (soccer, tennis, volleyball etc) and hanging out in all of the cool spots this city has to offer!
I have really enjoyed living here and have been very fortunate to have an awesome roommate!
