2 rooms available June 1st in Mission Valley. Female only please. Full amenities-pool, gym, dog park, and trails! Each room has its own bathroom and there is one garage parking spot available, first come first serve! I have a dog, another small dog would be considered. No cats. There will be light construction taking place in the kitchen for a short period of time while the owner replaces drywall in one cabinet. Looking for quiet, respectful girlies!

I’m a florist and also have a restaurant job, so not home often! I enjoy reading, exercise and spending time outdoors. I like to keep the house tidy and and zen like. While I enjoy a glass of wine here and there, not a party girl and don’t bring it home.
