Very clean house with full access to kitchen, patio, and other common areas. You will definitely feel like family living here. The room is month to month rent, with no restrictions when you’re ready to leave. No smoking allowed whatsoever, no overnight guest, no pets, and a first month security deposit due at the time of move in.
