Eagle Ridge Subdivision in Vallejo is an upscale neighborhood and this house has Golf Course view. Our back is the Blue Rock Golf Course. Close to everything, like shopping center, Costco, schools, restaurants. The room is furnished with queen size bed and 3 drawer cabinet and large closet. The bathroom has double sink and separate shower and toilet.
We are (me and my husband) 60 years old plus and we are very respectful, fun and caring people. We have 2 small dogs which is our babies. We treat our roommate like family. We are very clean and always keep the house clean. We are looking for a roommate who is also clean and organize. does not cook much but very light cooking is ok. I put maximum stay of 12 months but if you like the place you can stay longer. If you prefer not to have a roommate and share bathroom, you will pay $1,295 and you will have your own bathroom.
