$460 Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom (furnished or unfurnished), plus $100/mo for utilities.

I have a roomy 204sq.ft. Master Bedroom with a private bathroom (with shower) available to rent in a relatively spacious townhome in Opelika. The room can be made unfurnished but is currently furnished with queen bed, 2 nightstands 1 dresser, 3 lamps, 1 bookcase and 2 closets. Monthly rent is $410. Plus a Monthly utilities flat fee of $100 (including internet). A weekly payment option may be available also.

The rest of the townhouse is furnished including kitchen with all basic amenities, including refrigerator, microwave, and a washer & dryer. There’s a private courtyard in the back with trees and eating area, as well as front and back yards with trees. The location is very quiet and beautiful, overlooking Floral Park. And the neighbors are quiet. There is also a fireplace in the living room, and I keep a relatively clean and orderly house that is comfortable and casual to live in.

The location is 1119 5th Ave. in Opelika. You can get to Auburn University in 10 minutes if you drive the back way and the 3 or 4 traffic lights along the way are green!

I’m the owner and am looking for a tenant who is also easy going. If more than one person (2 max) shares the room then a different price would need to be negotiated.
