Rosebury Lane Southwest

I have a 3 bedroom home in South Huntsville, with 1 bedroom available. The room is around 132sq ft. You would have your own bathroom. And possibly another room for storage or an office if you need it. There is a door to shut off your side of the house if you like. There is a huge backyard, a kitchen, living room, sunroom, and office for us both to use. I also have a 2 car garage. A washer and dryer are available in the garage. Internet is included along with several streaming services. Utilities will be split 50/50. I painted both bedrooms kinda bright colors, so I am happy to help you paint if you want to change it. You just need to buy the paint.

I am currently the only person living in the home. I do have cat, but she is pretty territorial, so no other pets are allowed. I keep the home pretty clean but I have days where I don’t want to do the dishes and that’s fine haha My motto is that the house should be clean enough to be healthy and not gross anyone out, but I’m not stressing trying to keep it white glove clean either.

A little about me: I’m pretty much an introvert. I work days and then come home to read, binge watch tv, or work on an art project. I also have a huge backyard yard so I’m out there a lot. I do also like to travel, attend concerts and other events. I’m not big on cooking but trying to eat at home more. I am looking for someone who is similar and doesn’t want a bunch of chaos. I’m kinda past the age where I want people partying in my house at 3am. Of course, feel free to have friends over but we should both be considerate of each other.
