The Vistas is a dormitory for students. You HAVE to be enrolled in school to live here. The unit comes with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, living space, a washer and dryer space, a tv, and a microwave. For rent there are some fees you’d have to pay for. With the security deposit I honestly don’t remember if they do that or not I was desperate for a space when moving in.
Two of my roommates are moving out in July. Both are very quiet. I DO have issues with one of them but that’s 9 months of drama to explain. My newer roommate who will be staying is very nice. She’s very helpful and she’s the only one who actually cleans the dorm with me. I’m barely home so it’s insane to me how no one cleans when I’m gone except the new girl.
