Furnished private & spacious master bedroom (12.5’ x 9.83’= 122.92 sf, excluding closet) in a charming cottage in a quiet, well kept, safe area. Great location; 2 blocks from the beach in North Pacific Beach. And about a half of a mile from La Jolla.

• Easy street parking, as it’s North PB.
• Limited storage space inside as it’s furnished.
• Laundry is across the street, less than a block away.
• No Pets/ Animals (love them but unfortunately, I’m allergic to most. Although, may consider certain dog breeds)
• No WFH, Unless you plan on going somewhere else with WIFI most of your work week. As cottage is too small & wouldn’t allow for much privacy. As well as, walls are thin. Would consider Hybrid.
• 1 block from nearest bus stop (Route 30)

Highly walkable area & close to beach, coffee shops with WI-FI, Mexican & healthy food restaurants, Gelsons, Sprouts, Ralphs grocery store, (Trader Joes & Vons are more of a bike, scooter or car ride to) 7/11, gyms, bus stop (Route 30), laundry mats, bars, etc. And about 8 blocks from the main action/street (Garnet) in PB. Two blocks from the popular surfers spot of Tourmaline beach.

I’m a San Diego native, friendly, respectful, beauty industry professional. As a roommate, I prioritize a clean, peaceful home. It’s important to find someone that shares these values. 420 friendly, although I don’t partake. Ideally I’d like someone who’s down to hangout occasionally outside of the house. As I prefer not to be strangers & just coexist. We don’t have to be best friends but if we become friends, then great. I’m a light/social drinker, over the party scene, so I don’t go out to bars nor bring the party home. I’ll have an occasional friend over for a brief visit to have a drink &/or chat. I’m a homebody but hang with friends &/or do errands on my days off. I typically go to bed around 10pm. I enjoy my morning coffee & have a routine. My hobbies include: yoga, bike rides & walks near beach/bay, going to beach, concerts, comedy clubs/shows, hike, listening to self improvement podcasts & books, watch movies, true crime shows, play board games, bbq, go to happy hours w/ good food, try new things & take short road trips.
