Melissa's room

You would have your own room and your own bathroom. All utilities included in the rent including Wi-Fi. Power, water and garbage. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is plenty of storage space for any extra stuff and plenty of room in the house for you to integrate your things. We generally chill in our room as do our pets. We have a guest room that is available for working from home or having guests stay for a few days.There is an 8ftx6ft shed that you are welcome to exclusively. There is also a garage that is set up as a chill zone with a couch and tv as well as a craft or project workspace.

We always have street parking and are only 4 min from the naval base, 8 min from ODU, 13 min from Downtown and 20 min to Hampton. We are 2 blocks from a bus line that goes Direct to the Naval base, ODU and downtown as well as a the transit station where you can connect to any other route. We have a Food Lion, Starbucks, Wawa and several food options like Domioshi, Thai, Chinese, Subway, Blue Ribbon BBQ and so on all within walking distance. We also have dodge’s fried chicken and gas station which has the cheapest gas in the area. The nearest Walmart is only 8 min away and you’ve got Target, the outlet malls etc about 15 min away. And the Norfolk International airport is 15 min.

Our neighborhood is chill and we’ve never had any issues walking day or night or with anyone at all.

We are a young couple who have been married for 2.5 years and are looking for a roommate. Our house is a good vibes only zone where we welcome you to create a space to call your home. We have one mellow small dog who is not a barker and is super friendly Brodie and one super fat chiller cat Monty.

We love music and crafts, coloring and our pets and family. We love all kinds of music, hip hop, electronic, jam bands, most everything but classical and I don’t listen to a otn of country. We love watching movies and TV. We cook regularly but clean up after ourselves. My husband is in retail and I work in marketing and customer service.

We are looking for someone who is chill and doesn’t have a ton of guests regularly. We don’t mind you living your life just doing it respectfully. someone who is employeed or goes to school regularly, cleans up after themselves, respects the don’t eat your roommates food rule lol and just knows how to be a good, considerate roommate.
