Spacious and cozy home. Rental space is an upstairs bedroom with closet, full bed, night stand, and desk, private bathroom. The room can be unfurnished if needed. Plenty of parking and some storage space in the garage, if you need it.

Safe, quiet community in Summerlin East. Easy access to 95 freeway, Summerlin parkway, Centennial Hills, parks, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, restaurants, gyms.

$750 per month + $150 per month for utilities (internet, gas, water, electricity, garbage, sewage, & alarm system). Minimum 3 month lease and month to month thereafter or if it’s a good fit the lease can be extended.

Full access to kitchen (pork-free house), common rooms, backyard, and washer and dryer. I have 2 full refrigerators so there’s plenty of room for the both of us.
