Leo's room

Single bedroom available in a 5 bed 3 bath house, walking distance to cal poly (about 10min). We have plenty of street parking and a long driveway with a car port shared with our neighbor, decent backyard for gardening (also shared with neighbor), and a nice front yard with porch. The room is towards the front of the house, good sized closet, plenty of light and stays warm during the winter months, has 2 windows looking out on the front yard. Rent is $650 a month plus utilities, and it is a 12 month lease. The house itself has a large common living room and kitchen, plenty of room for cooking.

There are currently 4 of us and a cat. My name is Leo I am 24, male, and a botany student at cal poly. My partner, Sadie, 24, female, is moving here from the bay area to attend college of the redwoods, she has a cat named Lou (bit of a scaredy-cat but will warm up after some exposure). Our friend Jack, 23, male, is an environmental studies major at cal poly. And Ed, 27, male, studying social work at cal poly. We are a community oriented group, like to garden, cook, spend plenty of time outdoors, and we hope to find people with similar values.
