I am looking for someone to apply for and rent out a room in this beautiful 5 bd 3.5 bath contemporary home. You will have an upstairs room and full access to the public spaces in the house. Rent will be split 4 ways, and utilities will be paid by me and my husband. Planning on adding an above ground pool to the backyard and a firepit. At most your total rent will be $1,000. Please no scammers, drugs, or illegal activities. Looking forward to hearing from you!

It will be My husband, my 5-year-old daughter, my elderly friend, her adult son, my assistance animal, and myself. We are a quiet bunch, smoking outside is allowed, pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, moderate and social drinking ok. We don’t throw parties or cause drama.
