Monique's room

We have two rooms available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse near Winco Supermarket, Walmart, Target, and plenty of food places nearby. The rooms are located upstairs with the shared restroom and washer and dryer. The house is conveniently located the 60 frwy, 15 minutes from Cal Poly.

The smaller room should be around $800, and the bigger room with a patio, walk-in closet, and parking pass will be around $850. This does NOT including electricity, internet, and gas which can be anywhere from 40-100 a month depending on the time of the year. The landlord does require a $1,000 deposit. Monthly rent is sent to our landlord either through Venmo or Zelle. Regarding utilities, those will be sent through Venmo or Zelle to Monique by the end of the month. You will meet the landlord and roommates prior to move in.

Regarding Parking, we are allowed one parking pass to park on premises. Any other vehicle will have to park outside on Rio Rancho Road. We do not mind overnight guests, but to be mindful of quiet hours (anytime before 7 am and after 10 pm). NO CATS/DOGS

My name is Monique, I am 32 and I will be graduating with my Masters mid May. I enjoy hanging out in the common areas and I will be moving downstairs to the Master bedroom. I am pretty chill, I enjoy going to my parents house, bf’s house, and to visit friends. My boyfriend usually comes over 3-4 times a week and we make food and watch movies, go walking, or go swimming. When I have extra money I love to travel. I’ve been to Hawaii, London, Scottland, Spain, Amsterdam, New York and I love local trips to San Diego. I work M-F from 8 to 4.

I would love to have someone who has a similar schedule, is responsible, communicates, respects others personal belonging, and clean. We do share bulky item expenses such as paper towels, and trash bags. Everything else we buy in turns such as dishsoap, sponges, dishwasher soap, etc. We can figure it out and we also have a cleaning schedule of every two weeks. We obviously clean as we go but the two weeks is for a deep clean.
